REFUND POLICY
- For orders that have not been expressly arranged after payment, if you apply to cancel the order and request a refund within 6 hours after payment, a full refund can be made within 5 days.
- For orders that have been paid for more than 6 hours but not shipped, if you request to cancel the order and request a refund, a 20% handling fee will be deducted.
- For orders in which customers reject the packages when delivering or request to cancel the order when the item is shipped, the customers should pay for the shipping fee and 20% handling fee. The shipping fee and 20% handling fee will be deducted from the total payment amount, and the rest amount will be refunded to the customers.

For all customization orders, please note that we do not accept cancellations or refunds once production has begun.
- For orders that are returned by the logistics company (UPS/FedEx) due to the wrong address offered by the customer or other problems as below, the customer should pay the round-trip shipping fee and 20% handling fee. The shipping fee and 20% handling fee will be deducted from the total payment directly, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer. For example:
- The package is rejected by the customer;
- The package cannot be delivered due to the wrong address the customer offers;
- The package is returned by UPS/FedEx Express because the customer doesn’t pick it up at the Express pick-up point on time.
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened items.
- For customers who are confirmed to be eligible, refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 1-5 business days after approval. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days, please contact us .
REFUND POLICY For Custom Orders
What are custom orders?
Custom orders include the “1:1 customized sex doll based on pictures you submit” and all dolls that do not have the word “In Stock” in the product title.
All Custom orders CANNOT be canceled once production has begun. Whether you order a sex doll customized from submitted photos or customize a doll by adding or removing options from our custom collection, these dolls are uniquely tailored to individual preferences and differ from our in-stock models. As personalized items, custom dolls cannot be resold, and therefore, they are not eligible for returns.
The Custom Order Process:
1. Once your order is placed, production begins based on your chosen options or pictures.
2. After completion, we will send factory photos of the finished doll for your confirmation prior to shipping.
3. If any modifications are required, you must specify the exact areas to be adjusted and provide details of the changes. We will then make the necessary revisions.
4. After receiving your approval of the factory photos, the doll will be discreetly packaged and shipped.

RETURNS POLICY
Defective Items
If the outer box or outer package comes with badly damaged when delivered, please refuse to accept it and ask for compensation from the courier company.
If the doll is defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery including the pictures or videos of the defective part. According to your problem, we will provide one of the solutions below:
- A full product replacement
- A door-to-door repair
- Free repair tools
- A partial refund
Incorrect Items
If you find that the product you received is not the one you purchased, please email us with a picture of the doll that you received. We will check the picture against your order to confirm if it is incorrect. If the picture confirms it is the wrong item, we will send a replacement or a full refund at our own expense. You may also keep the incorrect item.
In order to receive a free replacement, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof of the incorrect item. After 3 days, we will not arrange a replacement or refund.
7 Days Return & Exchange Service
Conditions of 7-Day Return Service
1. Buyers must apply for the return within 7 natural days after the delivery date. Any requests made after this period will not be considered valid.
2. The client requesting for returns within 7 natural days shall pay a 20% handling fee of the order, plus shipping and return shipping fees.
3. Buyers must ensure that the packaging has not been opened, or if opened, the sex doll and packaging have to remain unused and undamaged. Returns for dolls that cannot be resold will be rejected.
3. The verification process requires buyers to capture a video of the entire outer box, the original shipping label, and the interior of the box (if opened), serving as evidence for the return. The video should be clear and smooth for the reviewing team to examine.
4. Buyers must ensure that the returned sex doll and related accessories (such as heating rods, wigs, clothing, comb, cleaning tools, user manual, etc.) are intact and maintain their original quality and functionality, free from damage, staining, usage, or any other conditions. Upon receiving the doll, we will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure it meets the return requirements, guaranteeing that it is the same as the product sent by the seller and is in good condition.
Note: If the sex doll or its packaging has been confirmed as “damaged” or “being used” which makes it unable to be resale after our warehouse staff’s inspection (The images or videos of the inspection result will be provided), we will refuse to issue refunds. We also refuse to issue refunds if the doll gets damaged during transportation due to the customer’s inadequate packaging.
5. Please ensure that the box is not damaged inside or outside when returning. If the box is damaged, it must be replaced with an intact one. Kindly note that placing the doll in a damaged box during transport increases the risk of damage. If we receive a package with a damaged doll that cannot be resold, we will be unable to issue a refund.
6. Our 7-day return policy applies only to orders shipped from our local warehouses(including the US Warehouse, EU Warehouse, UK Warehouse, and CA warehouse) to the following countries: The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, EU countries, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Israel, Australia, South Korea, and Japan.
Note: All factory-shipped, custom orders or orders from other countries/regions do not qualify for the return service.
7. If you no longer wish to keep the doll, please contact our customer service promptly and refrain from damaging the product to ensure eligibility for the return.
