About Skin Tone

Skin Tone Differences: Different photographic environments may cause the doll’s skin tone to appear different in sales images. We only have two default skin tones: wheat and flesh. If you are unsure, please confirm the factory image with customer service before placing an order.

About Standing

Standing Function: Dolls with a height of 152cm and above can stand by default. For aesthetics, the feet of the dolls in stock are not installed with screws. Buyers need to install them themselves to make the doll stand (installation video available).

Cautions:

• Do not let the doll stand barefoot on the floor to avoid damaging the soles.
• Do not let the doll stand for extended periods; it is better to lay it flat or sit it down.
• If the doll is damaged due to the buyer’s actions, the company is not responsible for after-sales service.

Shipping Time

Delivery Time: It is normal for the package to be signed for within 5-15 days. If the tracking shows no movement for 3 days or more, please contact customer service immediately. In case of special circumstances (such as bad weather or pandemics) that cause shipping delays, we will notify you promptly.

Return Policy

Return Conditions: The doll is a personal item, and the warehouse does not accept returns if there are no quality issues after opening the package.

Address Issues or Refusal: If the package is returned due to address issues or refusal (must be unopened and returned with the original tracking number), 30% of the order amount will be deducted upon receipt.

Order Shipment: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be intercepted or returned.

About Doll Functions

Default Functions: Dolls from overseas warehouses are standard and do not have any additional functions. If you need extra features, they must be shipped from China. Please consult customer service for details.

Usage Precautions

Damage Responsibility: If the doll becomes unusable due to customer use, it does not fall under the after-sales service category and cannot be returned.

Skin Damage: If the doll’s skin is accidentally damaged, it can be repaired with a repair agent or regular glue.

Usage Instructions: Please send the usage instructions to the buyer in advance. If the product is damaged due to improper operation by the customer, we cannot provide a warranty.

Clothing Suggestions: Do not dress the doll in tight, dark-colored clothing to avoid staining the doll’s body. Stain removers can only remove small stains; large stains are difficult to remove. It is best to dress the doll in loose clothing or light-colored undergarments.
